We want you to adore your purchase. If you decide a different direction for your Silicone Doll, reach out to bellbabies26@yahoo.com within 14 days of arrival. Items must be sent back in pristine, unused state alongside all original outfits and props. Following a careful inspection of the returned package, your total reimbursement will be issued.

For a complete reimbursement, please email bellbabies26@yahoo.com within a 14-day window following receipt. The doll must remain in factory condition with all original contents. We aim to complete all financial reversals within 5-7 business days of checking the item.
